The company plans to expand its retail presence to key ASEAN markets. At the same time, PerroMart aims to grow its Branded pet care range into a global brand through its platform with a vision of becoming the No.1 Pet Care Brand in the world.


The primary areas of responsibility of this role will be to:

Reporting and Analysis

  • Review the month-end finance process flow and propose improvements to business
  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
  • Responsible for preparing and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
  • Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Financial planning

  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of actuals versus budget
  • Develop and maintain the P&L budget and forecast for one (or more) of the countries and Business Units
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each country and business unit
  • Produce robust forecasts that achieve business objectives
  • Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management


Qualifications and Skill:

  • Bachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably in Accounting
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in Accounting and/or Auditing in reputable accounting firm
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and highly analytical with excellent problem solving and math skills
  • Ability to perceive opportunities and insights from mass data
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Results and detail orientated with a strong emphasis on problem-solving
  • Able to organize teams and build organization structures
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus
