About Customer Consultant position

We are looking for a skilled Customer Consultant who has a broad knowledge of the different pet food products in the market. The candidate should be able to render instant solutions to our cat and dog parents regarding their enquiries

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised recommendations to pet lovers' needs
  • Access customers' information through the system to handle product and service enquiries
  • Control large amount of incoming calls
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Follow-up on customer enquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Pro-actively contacting customers regarding order status
  • Keep close track of conversations with customers to address their needs and wants

Requirements

  • Customer First Mentality
  • BSc or BA degree in Human Relations or other relevant areas; At least 1 year of working experience in customer support/service team
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering the best service to the customers; strong problem-solving skills and a witty sense of humour
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, chat or email
