About the HR manager position

Perromart is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) manager to implement a variety of human resource programs and to acquire the talents. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training, development and hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new recruitment processes, acquire talents and update procedures whenever necessary

  • Select appropriate advertising platforms

  • Lead day-to-day HR initiatives: employee relations, corporate policies/programs/procedures, change management,
    incident management…etc.

  • Support monthly compensation process

  • Manage employee assessment twice a year

  • Organise events and activities to bond the team and create an efficient workplace

Requirements:

    • BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or related fields
    • Preferably having at least 1 year of HR and talent acquisition experience
    • Supporting recruitment processes
    • Providing and monitoring compensation plans
    • Ability to utilize HR metrics (Breezy, different hiring platforms etc.)
    • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
    • Passionate and fun loving
