Customer Success Executive for Perromart

Our Opportunity

Perromart is looking for a skilled Customer Success Executive who has a broad knowledge of the different pet food products in the market. The candidate should be able to support the sales effort and respond to customer inquiries and problems.

What is this job all about?

  • Managing order statuses, exchanges, refunds, delivery requests, out-of-stock orders, and missing items
  • Problem-solving of specific customer issues
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries
  • Adhere to ad-hoc customers’ requests
  • Proactively contacting customers regarding order status
  • Keep close track of conversations with customers to address their needs and wants
  • Work with cross-department on customer needs and product suggestions
  • Provide personalized recommendations to pet lovers' needs
  • Access customers' information through the system to handle product and service inquiries
  • Control a large volume of incoming calls
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide pricing and delivery information

Requirements:

  • Customer First Mentality
  • BSc or BA degree in Human Relations or other relevant areas; At least 1 year of working experience in customer support/service team
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about delivering the best service to the customers; strong problem-solving skills and a witty sense of humor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, chat or email
  • Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment
